Retail orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Wholesale or custom orders may take approximately 5 days to two weeks to design and handcraft, depending on the order. Contact me for specific information regarding your order.

Standard Shipping: $7.00

- Shipped via USPS Priority Mail (3 days)

- Second item ships FREE (when shipped at same time to same address) 

- Please contact me prior to ordering if you need expedited shipping. 

 

Exclusions:

* Physical addresses only. No P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.

 

International shipping is available. Please contact me for details and pricing.

 

* You are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Returns:

 

If you are not happy with your purchase, I'll try to make it right. Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery, minus the cost of shipping. Please contact me to arrange for your return prior to shipping any package back. Your return will be processed as soon as I receive it. All returns must be prepaid, insured, and shipped via a major carrier. Shipping and packaging fees will not be refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. I do not accept returns in which the item is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to my error. 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (minus the cost of shipping) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Repairs:

 

I stand behind my work. If a part of a jewelry piece breaks or no longer functions (clasps, chains, etc.) during normal wear, I will fix it free of charge (not including shipping fees). This does not cover damage incurred from being dropped, immersed in water, or otherwise mishandled. (Please see my advice on jewelry care.) I am not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. If the jewelry is damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company.

 

I understand that things happen though! If you accidently damage a piece (drop it, break a chain or pendant, etc.), all is not lost! I may be able to repair it for a small fee. Please be aware that not all damage can be repaired (e.g., breaking a chandelier crystal pendant, etc.). Please contact me for details.
