Thank you for your interest in Sparkling Vine Design! I am pleased to welcome you as a client and hope to build

a relationship into the future. By ordering from my wholesale catalogue, you confirm that you represent

a legitimate retail business and that you agree to abide by my wholesale terms as listed below.

 

 

My Products

Sparkling Vine jewelry is handcrafted and each piece is one-of-a-kind, so there may be slight variations from the pieces pictured in this catalogue. 

 

Each piece of jewelry will come with branded earring cards or hangtags as well as burlap gift pouches with the Sparkling Vine Design logo.

 

Ordering

Once you have selected items from my wholesale catalogue, please place your order by either downloading the order form located on the catalogue page or simply email me with your order and I will provide you with an invoice. You must submit a copy of your tax ID prior to receiving wholesale pricing. 

 

Payment Options

I accept check, PayPal, and all major credit cards. Payment in full is required prior to your order being shipped unless other arrangements are made. 

 

Minimum Order

For your first order, I require a $350 minimum purchase with payment made in full before items are shipped. Subsequent orders must total $200 or more. Payment can be made on net 30 terms pending credit approval after your 4th order. I recommend ordering a minimum of 10-12 pieces to create a cohesive collection that makes an impact when displayed.

                       

Shipping

Once I receive your order, I will send an email to confirm the details. Turnaround time is 4-6 weeks (unless otherwise specified). I ship via USPS Priority Mail insured, or I will personally deliver if local. Overnight shipping is available upon request. Your store is responsible for all applicable shipping and insurance charges.

 

Special/Custom Orders

The items in this catalogue represent a sampling of Sparkling Vine’s jewelry. If you see a piece on the website that is not included in the wholesale catalogue or if you prefer a different color or style, it may be available at wholesale pricing. In addition, I welcome special projects, custom orders, and private label designs. Please contact me to discuss details and pricing.

 

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, I'll try to make it right. Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery, minus the cost of shipping. Please contact me to arrange for your return prior to shipping any package back. Your return will be processed as soon as I receive it. All returns must be prepaid, insured, and shipped via a major carrier. Shipping and packaging fees will not be refunded.

 

Repairs

If a part of a jewelry piece breaks or no longer functions (clasps, chains, etc.) during normal wear, I will fix it free of charge (not including shipping fees). This does not cover damage incurred from being dropped or otherwise mishandled. I am not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. If the jewelry is damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company.

 

Other

My logo and business name are registered and may not be reproduced with my prior written consent. Any photography on my website or in my brochures may not be reproduced without my prior written consent.
