This is available on all retail jewelry orders, with no minimum purchase and no additional charge.*

I take great care to photograph and accurately describe each jewelry piece to the best of my ability. I hope you'll love your new jewelry but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, I'll try to make it right. Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery, minus the cost of shipping. IMPORTANT: Please contact me to arrange for your return PRIOR to shipping any package back. Pieces returned without prior email approval, and/or outside of the 5-day return policy may be refused and return shipping will be your responsibility.
Your return will be processed as soon as I receive it. All returns must be prepaid, insured, and shipped via a major carrier. Shipping and packaging fees will not be refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, with no signs of wear or damage, and in the same condition that you received it. I do not accept returns in which the item has been worn, damaged, or has missing parts.
Once you receive an approval email. please pack the item(s) in their original packaging with enough packing material (padding) to protect the piece(s) during shipping. You are responsible for poorly repackaged items or damages incurred during shipping, and I have the right to deny credit if the piece(s) returned do not meet my return policy criteria. I am not responsible for tracking your return and am unable to issue a refund for packages that are lost, stolen, and/or damaged in transit. In those cases, it will be your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (minus the cost of shipping) will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The credit should be back to your account in approximately 3-5 business days. (NOTE: Transaction time varies from bank to bank so I cannot guarantee return deposit times.)

Due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry, my pieces are made for delicate use. However, I stand behind my work. If a part of a jewelry piece breaks or no longer functions (clasps, chains, etc.) during normal wear, I will fix it free of charge (not including shipping fees). This does not cover damage incurred from being dropped, immersed in water, or otherwise mishandled. (Please see my advice on proper jewelry care.) I am not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. If the jewelry is damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company.
I understand that things happen though! If you accidently damage a piece (drop it, break a chain or pendant, etc.), all is not lost! I may be able to repair it for a small fee. Please be aware that not all damage can be repaired (e.g., breaking a chandelier crystal pendant, etc.). Please contact me for details.
NOTE: Since 100% of the profits are donated to charity, I cannot accept returns or exchanges from the Love for California Collection. Thank you for understanding.
